COLD COFFEE:::          Very easy to make .. it will be took 10 to 15 minutes      INGREDIENTS::        1.1 tablespoon instant coffee       2.take 70 ml hot water       3.sugar (1 or 2) tablespoons       4. 500ml  milk       5. 4 or 5 ice cubes  Making cold coffee:::     1. Take a bowl with 1 tablespoon instant coffee .     2.  Add water to it ,stir very well  ,until it mixes well     3. Iced Honey Green Tea:::: Ingredients::       1 green tea bag       1 cup water       1-2 tablespoons honey        1 limon        1 orange Procedure::       1. Put tea bag in 1 cup of warm /heat water, and steep for 1 minute.       2. After tea is ready add  1-2 tablespoon of limon ,orange and  honey while it's still warm. 3. MASABEB::::: Ingredients:::         1 egg         1 tablespoon sugar         4 tablespoon oil         1 cup warm water         1 tablespoon baking powder         1/2 tablespoon salt         1 cup whole-wheat flour         1/2 tsp honey Procedure::      1. Mix all ingredients except the whole-wheat  flour.      2. Add the flour, and mix until soft.      3. Set stove to medium heat and spray frying pan with cooking oil spray.      4. Badaam kheer:: : Ingridents::      1/4 cup Badaam/ Almonds      2 and 1/2 cups Milk      1 pinch Saffron      1 Cardamom pod      1/4 cup Sugar      2 tsp Butter Procedure :::               1.Boil milk and soak the saffron separately in lukewarm milk. Keep boiling the milk in low flame         2. Boil water and add almonds to it and boil for a minute.         3.Switch off the stove, drainflwash under tap water to cool down.         4. Now you will be able to peel off the skin. Peel all the almonds.         5. Reserve almonds for garnish. Grind rest of the almonds with a little milk to make a smooth paste.         6. Cabbage Dish::: Ingredients::     1/2 cup olive oil     4 carrots, thinly sliced     1 onion, thinly sliced     1 teaspoon salt     1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper     1/2 teaspoon ground cumin     1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric     1/2 head cabbage, shredded     5 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes Procedure ::        1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.        2.Cook the carrots and onion in the hot oil about 5 minutes.   3.Stir in thesalt,pepper,cumin, turmeric, and cabbage and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.   4.Add the potatoes; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until potatoes are soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
