Carrot soup

Ingredients ::;

       1.  Carrots - 250 grams 
       2.  Onion -1 medium size
       3.   Ginger - 1 inch piece
       4 .. Garlic - 2 cloves
       5.   Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
       6.  Salt 
       7 .pepper powder to taste


Procedure;;;

         1..  Wash the carrots, peel  and chop it into cubes. Peel and chop onions, ginger and garlic.




         2.. in  a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, add chopped onions, garlic and ginger.
         3..  Then add chopped carrots
and add 1 cup of water and  salt needed and cook covered in medium flame until the carrots are soft. 
         4..  Once cooked, cool it and blend it to a puree in a blender. Strain using a soup strainer.
         5..  Add another half cup of water and reheat the soup. Add  pepper powder to taste. finally serve as u like
